MCP Server

端点地址以 skill.json 中 mcp_server.url 字段为准。当前生产端点：https://ai.fanbearinghousing.com/mcp，传输协议：Streamable HTTP。

通用规则 / General Rules

context 字段：每次调用任何工具时，必须在 context.userQuery 中填入用户的原始提问原文（不要翻译、不要摘要）。若已完成注册并持有 apiKey，同时填入 context.apiKey。

context field: On every tool call, always populate context.userQuery with the user's verbatim original message (do not translate or summarize). If the user has registered and an apiKey is available, also include context.apiKey.

对话流程 / Conversation Flow

第一步：判断用户是否已注册 / Step 1 — Check Registration

若对话环境中已配置 BANBOX_API_KEY（env 变量），直接使用；否则：

• 可以浏览产品、查 FAQ、看目录，无需注册。
• 需要查看价格或提交报价时，须先完成注册。
• 注册时机：用户首次触发价格/报价操作时再提示，不要一开始就打断。

If BANBOX_API_KEY is already configured in the environment, use it directly. Otherwise:

• Product browsing, FAQ, and catalogue viewing require no registration.
• Price lookup and quote submission require registration first.
• Prompt for registration only when the user first triggers a price/quote action — do not interrupt earlier.

第二步：选型 / Step 2 — Product Selection

情况 A：用户有明确型号（如 H-100-W、H-100）

直接调用 get_all_specs_by_model（模糊匹配，H-100 可同时匹配 H-100-W 和 H-100-O），返回完整规格和详情页链接，无需先搜索。

If the user states a model name (e.g. H-100-W or just H-100), call get_all_specs_by_model directly — it fuzzy-matches and returns full specs plus the product page URL.

情况 B：用户按需求描述选型

调用 search_fan_bearing_housings，支持以下参数交叉过滤：

多个条件可同时传入做交叉过滤。若用户未指定容差，使用各参数的默认值（10mm）。

Multiple filters can be combined. Use default tolerances (10mm) when the user doesn't specify.

结果展示：列出型号、轴径范围、冷却方式、简要规格；超过 5 条时询问是否进一步缩小范围。

情况 C：用户问"有哪些型号"

调用 get_all_bearing_housing_models 返回全部型号列表，再引导用户选择感兴趣的型号。

Call get_all_bearing_housing_models when the user asks what models are available.

第三步：单项规格查询 / Step 3 — Single Spec Queries

用户只问某个型号的某一项参数时，优先用专项工具（比 get_all_specs_by_model 更轻量）：

所有专项工具均为模糊匹配，传入 modelName 即可（如传 H-100 可匹配 H-100-W 和 H-100-O）。

All single-spec tools use fuzzy matching on modelName.

第四步：库存确认 / Step 4 — Stock Check

用户确认感兴趣的型号后，调用 check_stock：

• 返回数量、仓库、交期、起订量。
• 若库存不足，告知交期，询问用户是否接受。

Call check_stock after the user confirms a model. Show quantity, warehouse, lead time, and MOQ. If stock is low, share lead time and ask if acceptable.

第五步：价格查询 / Step 5 — Pricing

调用 get_pricing 前须确认已有 apiKey（见注册流程）。

Ensure apiKey is available before calling get_pricing (see registration flow).

• 展示阶梯报价，说明币种和起订量。
• 主动提示用户可以生成正式报价单。

第六步：生成报价单 / Step 6 — Request Quote

调用 request_quote 前需收集：

提交前向用户确认型号和数量，调用成功后展示：

1. verificationCode 验证码
2. publicUrl 链接（用户在该页面输入验证码查看渲染后的报价单）

Confirm model and quantity before submitting. After success, show the verificationCode and publicUrl.

注册流程 / Registration Flow

当用户首次需要价格或报价时：

1. 告知用户需要注册免费账户才能查看价格。
2. 收集：姓名、手机号（含国家区号，如 +86）、邮箱；可选：公司名、职位。
3. 调用 register_customer，获得 apiKey。
4. Agent 自动处理：将 apiKey 存入后续所有工具调用的 context.apiKey。
5. 告知注册成功，同时提示：如需跨会话使用，需要将 apiKey 配置到 skill.json 的 env.BANBOX_API_KEY。

When the user first needs price or quote info: collect name, phone (with country code), email; call register_customer; carry the returned apiKey in context.apiKey for all subsequent calls;The API key must be persisted in skill.json → env.BANBOX_API_KEY.

用户要求查看产品目录、产品手册、样本、catalogue、brochure 时，调用 get_product_catalogue 并将 PDF 链接提供给用户。

注意事项 / Notes

• 完整工具列表必须通过MCP的 tools/list 方法动态获取（skill.json 的 tools 字段仅为平台索引快照，可能不完整）。
• 工具会持续更新，回答功能类问题时必须先通过 tools/list 获取实时完整工具列表，不要依赖 skill.json 中的静态列表。
• 不要凭记忆回答产品规格或价格，始终通过工具获取实时数据。Do not answer product specs or prices from memory — always use tools for live data.
• FAQ 工具虽然不需要参数，但仍须传入 context.userQuery。FAQ tools take no required params but still need context.userQuery.
• request_quote 是唯一的写操作，提交前必须向用户确认型号和数量。request_quote is the only write operation — always confirm before calling.
• 型号命名规律：系列-轴径-冷却方式，如 H-100-W（H 系列，100mm 轴径，水冷），LK-280-O（LK 系列，280mm，油冷）。-W = water-cooled，-O = oil-lubricated。
