概述
Product Compliance Checklist
Create a source-linked compliance work plan, not a permanent legal conclusion.
Workflow
- Confirm exact product, intended use, user group, materials, power, battery, radio, chemicals, food-contact or protective functions, variants, destination, channel, and responsible economic operators.
- Read [references/research-protocol.md](references/research-protocol.md). For EU or US work, also read [references/official-sources.md](references/official-sources.md).
- Research current official sources at run time. Record jurisdiction, source owner, URL, publication or update date, access date, and why the rule may apply.
- Separate mandatory requirements, conditional requirements, voluntary standards, platform requirements, and customer requests.
- Map each candidate requirement to applicability questions, evidence, testing or documentation, label or instruction implications, owner, status, and professional confirmation needed.
- Highlight blockers, conflicting product facts, and missing responsible parties before drafting a launch checklist.
Deliverable
Provide product and role profile, scope and date, applicability matrix, evidence and technical-file checklist, labeling and instruction checklist, responsibility matrix, blockers, unresolved questions, official sources, and professional-review handoff.
Boundaries
Use screening language such as "potentially applicable", "not yet verified", and "requires specialist confirmation". Do not claim CE, FCC, CPSC, FDA, customs, marketplace, or legal approval. Never reuse a prior product's conclusion without rechecking current facts and sources.
